This is a post about my diet!🍓 I do not eat gluten or dairy as it makes me feel quite ill and bloated. I also do not eat wheat or much soya as it is not very good for you. I’m trying to eat less meat but bare with me on that one!! 

Breakfast 
I will usually have healthy pancakes with fruit in them or gluten free porridge with strawberries, bananas, sunflower seeds, walnuts or almonds and maple syrup. 

Lunch 


 If I am at school I will usually have a school lunch! If I am bringing a packed lunch I will have pitta bread maybe with dairy free cheese, an apple, 2 oranges and a cookie. If I am at home I will usually have stuffed peppers with dairy free cheese, leeks and peas inside. 

Dinner 


Dinner My mum or dad usually cooks dinner, I do it occasionally. My favourite meals are gluten, wheat and dairy free Thai curry, lasagne, Scouse (beef stew), vegetable burgers with vegetables. I am not the fussy eater that I was when I was a child; intolerances make it difficult to be picky with regards to food. A little known fact about me is that I love vegetables: peas, brocoli, Brussels sprouts, leek, carrots, peppers, corn on the cob etc etc 

Pudding 

For pudding I will usually have strawberries, an apple and maybe a gluten/dairy/wheat free cookie or a small bit of cake. I always think that something like cake is ok if you have it in moderation along side exercise and a generally a healthy lifestyle. 

Drinks 


Drinks I like to drink water or apple juice around the house. I do also drink lots of green teas such as gingerbread green tea and peppermint tea too. I have also been enjoying making myself smoothies recently, my favourite is an apple juice base, strawberry, bananas and a dash of maple syrup. 

Snacks 

Snacks I like to snack on apples at home and school, sometimes a mix of strawberries, raspberries and trail mix.
