1) Tell a teacher, your head of year, pastoral head as well as friends, they can help to make your life easier 

2) Balance out your work load so you don’t feel as stressed. This means you can do the work to a better standard and get it in on time 

3) Avoid busy times for lunch, your teachers might be able to help you with this 

4) Go for a walk with a friend if you feel stressed- this helps me to destress a lot especially if you are getting anxious because of the school environment 

5) Don’t feel like you can’t leave a classroom to get a drink of water. This can help you to calm down away from a class room scenario 

16 Sometimes the library is a wonderful place to retreat to- you could read a book in the silent section with a friend
