Write in a gratefulness journal or in a notebook. It is so important to appreciate the little things in life

Mediate. This is such a great way to feel more calm even if you only spend a few minutes a day meditating

Talk to people about how you are feeling, this is such a great way to get feelings of your chest.

Spend more time doing exercise. This makes such a positive influence on my mental health and makes me feel much more energised

Go outside. The fresh air makes such a positive influence on me

Read more. I find becoming immersed in a story helps to calm down my anxiety
